I'm thrilled that in 2018, three of my strange little stories were accepted for future publication in 2019. You can expect to see one in the Spring -- Tales from the Canyons of the Damned will be publishing my very weird Lovecraftian board gaming story "The Fourth" in April 2019. Then, come summer, the Santa Barbara Literary Journal will be publishing "Shutter" in June. This is a completely bizarre tale about a possible crime and the ghost who is trying to thwart it. Finally, at some as-yet-unspecified date in the future, my domestic comedy thriller "Cake" will be coming out in The Twisted Book of Shadows a new horror anthology!
UPDATE: The Twisted Book of Shadows is presently planned to debut on October 12th 2019 at the Merrimack Valley Halloween Book Festival, founded by Chris Golden (also the editor of this anthology!) in 2015 which has grown to a fantastic event. Last year 1000 people passed through in the six hours of the festival. It is held at the Haverhill Public Library in Haverhill Massachusetts. There will likely be a panel during the event about the creation of this unique anthology - it features an extreme diversity of stories and the editors, Christopher Golden and James A Moore, are extremely excited to present it to the public!
